Having trained in both psychodynamic and person-centred counselling, I understand how deeply past experiences can shape the present—and how powerful it can be to break free from patterns that no longer serve you. Fees:
The cost for each 50 minute session is £45 for individuals and £55 for couples.

If pre-paid in blocks of 3, 3 sessions will cost £120 in total (£40 per session) for individuals, and £135 in total (£45 per session) for couples.

If pre-paid in blocks of 6, 6 sessions will cost £210 in total (£35 per session) for individuals, and £240 in total (£40 per session) for couples.

Concessionary rates for individual counselling are available for students, over-65s, keyworkers, refugees, unemployed, low income.

I provide in-person face-to-face counselling at a location easily accessed from Manchester, Bury, Prestwich, Radcliffe, Whitefield, Bolton, as well as online video sessions and telephone sessions.

And just to say a little about online therapy - some people are new to it, or unsure at first, which is completely understandable. But it can actually offer a lot of flexibility and comfort. You don’t have to factor in travel time, parking, or waiting rooms, and that can make it easier to fit sessions into your life, especially if you have a busy schedule or any mobility or health considerations. Some clients also feel more relaxed being in their own environment, and that it helps them open up a little more freely. We’d also be using a secure, encrypted platform that you’re comfortable with.
